High Gloss
The higher the sheen or gloss the more time it will take to achieve and so this will be a more expensive finish. High luster finishes can be a beautiful feature, and perform well in areas exposed to moisture. Glossier finishes are also easier to wipe down after any spills. It is also worth keeping in mind however, that high gloss finishes are the most difficult to repair and often require a whole wall or section to be redone in order to blend in any repairs.
Textured Matte
Walls with a higher amount of texture will also often have more of a matte finish. These finishes are typically, but not always, a little faster to apply so can be slightly cheaper. They are also often easier to patch, as the damaged section can be more easily blended into the texture of the finish. Something to keep in mind for textured finishes is that they are more difficult to clean. Whatever finish you are looking for, we are eager to answer any question you may have!
